Website rebuild project

I led our University's unprecedented website rebuild project which involved switching our content management system platform from Drupal to WordPress. For this project, I led marketing and IT colleagues, gained consensus across our organization and the University of Maine System, presented website strategy to senior leadership, designed wireframes, created a video training series, and held in-person working sessions with faculty and staff. This project led to an increase in user engagement year over year by 70%.
